You Can't Go Wrong With Stripes

Ah, stripes; the staple of any good wardrobe. While I am not always a fan of the standard black and white stripes, I am always up for some colorful stripes! This is a t-shirt I got from my favorite brand, Dressed In Lala, and have been doing my best to re-work some of my summer clothes into winter outfits. I have been getting bored with my clothes lately, and this is usually my best course of action to spruce things up. This t-shirt is oversized, soft and distressed. The best combination ever!

As with almost any outfit I have, pairing it with my docs and my leather jacket makes it feel even cooler. Sorry if that sounds like a vapid thing to say, but having a “cool girl” style is the closest thing I can come to in being able to describe the kind of style I have/like. I am a little of so many different kinds of styles that I do not really have a set name or way to describe it. If any of you have any ideas on what my style is, please leave a comment below, because I sure as hell have no idea.

Besides the actual outfit featured here, the red lip is my favorite part. As someone who loves makeup, but often doesn’t have a lot of time to do the crazy looks I want, adding bold lipstick always helps. A bold lip really makes me feel confident in whatever I am doing, even if I don’t think I am qualified to do it.
