Green with Envy
Wow, it’s been a while, hasn’t it? Life has been a little chaotic and I finally have some quiet and peace again which means that I can go back to working full time 8 am-5 pm and then working more when I get home on all my passion projects! AKA the blog and social media and fashion. I am working hard on getting content planned and ready to go so I can stay on the schedule I have set for myself, and since this post is going up late we are already off to a great start. I will be posting here on Wednesdays, daily, or at least mostly daily on Instagram and Tik Tok, and then Sundays I will be posting YouTube videos! So stay tuned for all the fun content I have planned:) But in the meantime, here is a short and sweet blog post with one of my newest go-to outfits!
Green is my favorite color, so even though I have some mixed feelings about linen pants, these pants were a great enough color that I had to give them a shot. And I was also wrong about linen pants, which is the only way I like to be proven wrong. They don’t have pockets which is honestly the only thing about these pants I dislike but then again they are women’s pants so why am I even surprised? They are so comfy, and lightweight enough to wear in summer, and I think they will be perfect transition pants to wear in between seasons!
I have gushed about this jacket and body suit plenty so I will spare you all that rant again. But these sandals were my newest additions to my shoe collection and I couldn’t be happier with them! Not only are they platform and Doc Martens, but they are so comfortable and go with everything. And when I say everything, I mean it. I have worn these guys with pants, skirts, jeans, dresses (you’ll see in next week’s post), and denim shorts which I didn’t love, but still worked. 2 years ago I wouldn’t have entertained the idea of white shoes, especially white sandals, but now I have these, white converse, and two other white sneakers on the wishlist. We will know I have truly grown up when I get white pants and can manage to keep them clean.
