1 Pair of Pants 2 Ways

I have recently started a new job in an office setting, where I have a dress code I am required to follow. Now I am sure by this point you can all guess that I don’t really do well with being told what to do, or being told what to wear more specifically. So! If you too have an office dress code you don’t want to adhere to or deal with, I am here to give some ideas of how you can make the office vibe work for you and make it your own. As much as most of us love Pam from The Office, most women I know don’t want to dress like her. Below I have styled the same pair of pants two different ways; one being a lot more office friendly and one maybe working for the office depending on the tules you’re working with!

I’ve shown you all this top before (this post) in a much more casual way but is totally office-friendly with the right high-waisted pants. Adding the nude pump or a nude mule also elevates the outfit to a more professional vibe. Since I know I will not have this office job forever, I have been purposing to buy clothes that I know I will wear after this job. These pants have honestly become a great staple in my wardrobe that I will continue to wear long after this job. Especially for when the endo belly is flaring I can still fit in these pants.

If I were going to wear this second outfit to work I would wear a full t-shirt and not a tank top, but this is an incredibly comfortable outfit to transition to if you have things to do after work you want to look good for, or maybe for “casual day” at the office. Simply adding a dark lip, and switching out the top and shoes you can have a completely new look!
