The Band is with Me

Hello hello, friends! Today I bring you a small palette cleanser post after Monday’s fairly heavy post. Not gonna lie, this easy post is also for me! It has been a really really long week and I had a friend visiting so taking it easy on content this week has been important. I will also not be posting a YouTube video this Friday since there was just not enough time to shoot this week. So if you like my content please share it so that I can make this my day job? Haha kidding (kind of). This is going to be a style post and something a little more fun so keep scrolling to see this shoot!

This is another one of the tops I got from the Girl Dangerous bundle I did! I will link the other post for the items I got here and here so you can see, but this one was one of my absolute favorites from this bundle. While it is not overtly feminist or really making a statement, I do love that the t-shirt says “the band is with me” since so often women tops read “dibs on the drummer” or “I’m with the band” and it’s really nice to have a phrase written out that puts the woman back in the position of power. It is incredibly soft and comfortable and has an endless amount of styling opportunities, especially as we get into the warmer months. This is a perfect tee to pair with a denim skirt, some comfy shorts, or even a tee to go under a tank top dress for a layered look!

I have talked about these jeans a lot so I am going to remind everyone about this amazing vegan leather blazer! I truly wear this piece all the time and multiple times a week. I cannot take it off and I keep styling it with everything. And that is the beauty of it: it’s just a black blazer so it matches everything but the leather look of things adds another level of edge and fun to go with whatever outfit you’ve paired it with!
