Spring Uniform

I am one of the only people I know who love denim. Jeans, jackets, skirts, shorts all of them! I live in them and have a bunch of different washes and styles. The only thing I have more of is sweatshirts and I love those equally as much as all of my jeans. This outfit in the post is my favorite, go-to outfit for all in-between weather. I wear it in this current season where it is warm and cold and rainy and windy all in the same day, as well as in the transition from summer to fall. It is comfortable and casual which is perfect for any regular day out. Or in the case of quarantine, a day in. With certain orders loosening up in Oregon, we were able to go to a park for the first time in months to be able to take these photos, and for that, I am extremely grateful.

This tank top is one of my favorite pieces of clothing I own. I have it in a peachy color as well that makes it so I can wear them with anything. I got them from Pacsun a couple of years ago and will try to link something similar down below for you guys1 They are super comfy, cropped, and are so simple you can make them work with just about anything. Since my boobs are so tiny I love being able to go braless in these babies without having to wear pasties underneath.

These jeans are another favorite of mine. The exposed button fly and the frayed hem make it so that they add a little something else to the rest of the outfit. They are extremely comfortable and I just love a light washed denim. The sweater is another staple I live in during the in-between seasons as well as all winter long. It is the perfect layering piece that is so soft and cozy I even wear it over loungewear at home. I couldn’t recommend this sweater more.

This outfit, my spring uniform as it were, would not be complete without my trusty old Birkenstocks. I can’t wear regular flip flops due to an old ankle injury that makes it so I need some support at all times. These are the perfect way to wear sandals and still have some support. They are so comfortable and also stylish which I appreciate. Beauty doesn’t have to mean pain, my friends.

No blog post this Friday! I know I have been doing 3 a week but I have a lot of graduation tasks to get done this weekend and need to devote my attention to all of that! I’ll be back to 3 posts a week on Monday!
